COVID-19 is causing chaos in our lives in a variety of ways. We’ve been paying careful attention to the CDC’s and state and federal authorities’ advice. The wellbeing and welfare of our consumers and employees is our main priority.

As always, you can manage your payments and invoices through our My Account portal from any desktop computer, smartphone or mobile device.

We continue to adhere to the strict safety guidelines put in place by the state, including disinfecting all surfaces, consistently washing our hands, and wearing both masks and gloves when making deliveries.

All deliveries will continue as scheduled. If one of our drivers arrives at your home, we’re also asking you to accommodate by allowing entrance, if necessary, through an alternate entryway for safety precautions. We are also asking our customers to please prepay for their delivery in order to minimize contact and maintain social distancing protocols. Delivery slips will be left at your fill spout or under your tank lid as an added measure of safety.

What we are doing to support you:

• Our workers have been advised not to come to work if they are ill or if someone in their home has a fever.
• Many of our technicians and drivers have been advised to take special care while meeting clients in their homes or businesses. They’ve even been advised to maintain a healthy distance from consumers. Even if it seems weird at times, we tend to step on the side of caution (like no handshakes).

What you can do to support our staff:

• Please notify us if anyone in your household is sick and you have a service call planned. When you’ve recently had near touch with someone who has tested positive, this probably extends to you. Your call can be quickly rescheduled.
• After allowing one of our employees into your house, keep a reasonable distance (six to eight feet). We understand that this is an uncomfortable situation, but it is the only way to stop the infection from spreading.You can also arrange to leave a key in the event that you do not want to be at home. If you have a separate entrance to your basement, we can use that.
