Premium Full-Service Oil Protection Plan

(for oil delivery customers)

Details:

  • 24/7 emergency coverage
  • Safe and comfortable operation

  • Annual heating system tune-up
  • (1) Oil Filter,  nozzle and strainer
  • Flush oil line
  • Clean electrodes, lubricate motors, adjust fan belt

Terms & Conditions

  1. Plan term is for one year (unless otherwise specified) and will auto-renew unless terminated by the customer or company.
  2. Repairs or services not covered by the plan will be performed and charged to the customer at the prevailing rates.
  3. Company reserves the right to refuse to perform any service or repair work on equipment deemed unsatisfactory or unpermitted.
  4. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for annual maintenance. Reminder cards are mailed. Maintenance not scheduled within plan term cannot be carried over.
  5. Payment on plans is due within 30 days of renewal to remain active or at time of service, whichever comes first.
  6. All non-emergency service is scheduled during normal business hours.
  7. Protection plans are non-transferable.
  8. Company is not responsible for damages or loss of use resulting from delays in obtaining parts.
  9. Customer account must be in good standing.
  10. Plans must be paid within 30 days of renewal in order for discounts for additional service to apply.
